We created a lush Mediterranean retreat on a neglected Miami Beach multi-family property. The design features a central outdoor area with flagstone and coquina sand, with several intimate seating areas throughout the property. We also installed landscape lighting throughout, so tenants can relax and unwind in the garden whenever is convenient.
